Would Mick Vick make a good fit in Carolina?

Why does anyone feel he deserves a second chance? He is a grown man not a child,he knew what he was doing.I don't see any teams taking on the embarrment of Mike Vick.He is out of shape and out of touch anyway. I have never read anything about him and Carolina,Jake worked out great all season last year,had one bad game.
