My son is getting in trouble in school any ideas?

Here it is he is 7 and in his second go round of first grade. he is in a SLD/behavior/autistic cl. We have been fighting with the school board and didnt wnat him in this cl to begin with, we wanted him in a straight behavior school. But the schools didnt care about what we wanted. Now we have had incidences of he was showing himself to other students acouple times, ok got him to stop doing that. Now today the teacher calls and says he stabed a girl student with a broken pencel. We have already had DCF calls and bacicly its been a behavior thing. He does what he wants when he wants disiplen be damned in his mind. Oh yeah i live in florida. Sooooo what to do? Im at my wits end. and Serious help is appreciated thanks
