Please Help Issue With A Teacher?

My teacher was being really obnoxious to me today like usual and I want her to know that she was {eventhough she does} I wnat to tell her so what should I say and should I e-mail her letting her know that she was obnoxious or should I talk to he rin school and what should I say?
