The Boy in the Striped Pyjamas?

Excellent movie. I liked the mother and the way she opened up to the revelation of what was really going on. The ending was the most upsetting part to me. I kept thinking, "they're not going to end the movie like this... they're not going to end the movie like this..." and then they did. The Nazis did such things because they were warped into believing that Jews were evil and trying to take over Germany. Yes, the movie made me cry. Pavel was so brittle because he was malnourished, beaten regularly, and possible ill. Yes, I think that Pavel died. The Nazis didn't care if the Jews lived or died. The saddest thing of all is that after the horror of the Holocaust, I don't understand how people can have prejudices against anyone. Didn't people learn anything from history?
