I have the mirena in 4 2 months i keep bleeding and have got dyiraire is this normal fells like it coming out?

i have had the mirena in for two months i am non stop bleeding and i have dyiraire, when you wear a tampon and it gets heavy it feels like its going to feel like its going to fall out well this is what my mirena feels like, is this normal,,
