Healthy ways to lose weight for teens?

Get the "Sugar Buster" book or audio from your local library and follow it. Along with excercise, long walks (gradually work up from 1 then 1.5, 2 , 2.5 till you reach 3 miles) tneh work up to a jog. Jog/Sprint/walk. You should be fit enought to get interested in sports.
