Could anyone expand SHOCON?

I recently flew on OMAN AIR (WY), a connecting flight through Mu. Upon arrival I had these 'Quick Transfer' tags on my check-in luggage. And on the backside of these tags written in bold letters(same font & size as 'Quick Transfer') was SHOCON. Could anyone tell me what it means? Just curious!
