Are you saying Prince Andrew is now married to a woman called Bear-ice or his daughter Beatrice? If the latter it would be Princess Beatrice not Queen Beatrice until Andrew dies. As Fergie divorced Andrew she would be the Royal ex and then the Queen mother if she outlives Andrew.
