WHAT IS THE ATTRACTION OF WATER MOLECULES TO ONE ANOTHER?

It's hydrogen bonding. The structure of water means that the hydrogens are slightly positive, and the oxygen is slightly negative. The slight difference means that the hydrogens are slightly attracted to oxygens of other water molecules. This repeats throughout the entire collection of water molecules, forming a vaguely crystal-like structure.
