I am trading Griffey, Matt Garza, and son for Clay Buccholz, Phil Hughes, and Rolen! Is this a good trade?

since i need an interm 3rd baseman(rolen) and a better rotation, then it is a good deal, but I am afraid garza might become a star! what do think about each player that I am trading and getting?
