Well, if we want live people, I'd say...maybe Pele back in his glory days? If you want the greatest of all time, Bruce Lee. He literally trained YEARS to attain his skills, and when he got to the point of perfection, he could easily kill you with one kick if he wanted to. Most people say this is BS, but my father personally knew a friend of Bruce Lee, and his friend said that it was the most well aimed, powerful, fastest kick he'd ever seen.
