HAIR COLOR and CUT HELP?!?

Ok well I have Hazel eyes and Im caucasuin and I have a dark blonde lke amost brunette and i have high cheek bones my face is pretty slim and long and its a little pale and my hair is down to oh a little past my shoulders. I was thinking about putting a redish tent to my hair like a strawberry blonde but darker!!! lke julia roberts redish brown hair but i just want highlights for now . And i have straight across bangs but i want to do a really flawless dramatic cut thats medium or a little shorter then my shoulders. Anyway And pictures would help or any other information thankyou!
