Do all Kangaroos in Australia have Intelligence Like Skippy The Bush Kangaroo?

Skippy was a number of female Eastern Grey Kangaroos, not just one animal. Her paws were two bottle openers made from kangaroo paws that were picked up in a souvenir shop. Someone held the bottle opener part off screen while moving the paws to do Skippy's tricks. Kangaroos are not renowned for their intelligence but they are friendly enough if you don't scare them.
