Chemistry Question, help please?

We're learning to measure gas pressure using a manometer. It's a U-shaped manometer, and it says to calculate the pressure of the gas in the flask. It gives the room pressure, and the pressure of each column. I just don't know how to get the pressure of the flask. Can you help me please!
