Does Wilde's "The Soul of Man Under Socialism" address the true spiritual condition of mankind?

I haven't read it, so for me it is hard to truly know. I would say that though his view was from the ivory tower, is not necessarily incorrect. Perhaps if he were a prole, he may have been similarly inspired or spiritually and artistically enriched by the oppression, as well.
